We understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our instructors’ time and schedule.
1. Cancellations
– 48+ Hours Notice: Rescheduling available.
– 24–48 Hours Notice: 75% refund or reschedule.
– Less than 24 Hours: No refund. Reschedule available.
2. No-Shows
If you fail to attend a session without notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund issued.
3. Rescheduling
– Each student is allowed one free reschedule per lesson if done 24+ hours in advance.
– Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Instructor Cancellations
If an instructor must cancel, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost.
6. Special Packages
Refunds for discounted packages will be prorated based on the number of completed lessons, and discounts may be voided.
